Are you eligible?

This program is designed for startups that:

  • Identify as a start-up and are introducing an innovative concept to the market: a high-impact product, solution or technology.
  • Are a micro or small enterprise with fewer than 50 full-time employees and annual turnover of less than EUR 2 million (approx. MAD 21 000 000,00).
  • Have been in business for no longer than 5 years.
  • Are not affiliated with or belonging to a larger organization or group.

*After you submit your application, we will review your company's details based on the outlined criteria to confirm its eligibility for the Startup Package. Please note that adavanced business events reserves the right to decline applications not meeting the necessary standards.

What's included in the startup package?

Onsite
  • Exhibition counter on the AeroLabs Pavilion
  • Logo and company name printed on the front of the counter
  • 1 schedule of pre-programmed BtoB meetings over 2 days (October 1 & 2)
  • 1 exhibitor pass with full access for 3 days (September 30 - October 2)
  • Access to the cocktail reception (October 1)
Communication & Promotion
  • Company logo on AeroLabs web page
  • Promotion across AMC's social networks
  • Logo in the AeroLabs section of the official event guide
  • Participation in a webcast during the event
